Shipping Policy

At Fire Ready Enterprise (FRE), we work fast to get your gear into your hands as quickly as possible. Every order is carefully processed and packaged to ensure it arrives ready for the job.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping is available on all domestic orders of $30 or more.
Shipping charges for orders under $30 are calculated during checkout.

Shipping Carriers

To provide reliable delivery throughout the United States, FRE ships using trusted carriers including:

USPS (United States Postal Service)
UPS (United Parcel Service)

Carrier selection is determined based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Shipping Locations

At this time, Fire Ready Enterprise ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment directly through the carrier.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates your package has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

After confirming the shipment has been lost with the shipping carrier, Fire Ready Enterprise will replace and reship your order at no additional cost.
